STEPS ON HOW TO REGISTER FOR GTSA SUMMER SKATE PRACTICE ICE:
Create a Member Account
To register for GTSA Summer Skate Practice you must first register as a member. Click "Login" at the top right corner and create a new account. Please make sure when creating you account to add the skater's name (Skate Canada # if applicable), current level and also the competition they are registered for at GTSA.
Find the Right Time/Session
Once you are a member. Go over to the "Register" tab and then click "GTSA Summer Skate Practice Ice". Scroll to find the right days/times that work for you. Once you find your time, make sure that session is for the right discipline as all sessions are restricted to only either Singles, Pair Skating, or Ice Dance depending on the time. Also, practice ice is open to all GTSA Summer Skate competitors excluding the Wednesday practice that is exclusively available for North American Challenge (NAC) competitors. Add your desired session(s) to your Shopping Cart.
Pay with Credit Card
Go to your Shopping Cart. To pre-book your ice time, credit card will be the only form of payment accepted here on the website. After registration closes on August 17th, you can purchase practice ice in person with cash or cheque at the table in front of Rink 4 at the Scotiabank Pond. It will be at a first come first serve basis so we recommend booking online in advance using credit card.
NOTE: if you are a Pair Team or Ice Dance Team, be aware that only one of you registers for the ice time for both skaters as you are charged the equivalent of two skaters when checking out.
